Salon Policies

Blow Dry Policy
To service you more efficiently, all color and treatment services include a complimentary blow dry. To ensure that you get the best possible service, the blow dry is done by the next available assistant. If you would like to request a particular artist for your blow dry, please book a color and blow dry with the stylist for an additional charge.

CHILD SAFETY POLICY
WE LOVE OFFERING CHILDREN’S HAIRCUTS, BUT PLEASE TAKE NOTE THAT THE SALON CAN BE AN UNSAFE ENVIRONMENT FOR UNATTENDED CHILDREN. CHEMICALS, SHARP OBJECTS AND HOT TOOLS CAN BE HARMFUL, SO WE ASK THAT YOU REFRAIN FROM BRINGING YOUR CHILDREN DURING YOUR EXTENDED SERVICES.

Helpful Information
For your convenience, we at Black the Salon would like to remind you, our valued clients, a few things to consider when scheduling future appointments. It is always helpful to book at least a week or two in advance to ensure your desired date and time.

All haircuts and color services should be maintained every 6 to 8 weeks.

At Black the Salon, we constantly strive for the utmost in personal care and to consistently provide you with quality and efficient service. If you are dissatisfied with any service at Black the Salon for any reason, please notify the Salon Manager within 7 days of the service date.

Planning to give someone a gift, why not give him or her the gift of beauty? Ask one of our friendly artists or call to purchase a gift certificate. They are available for all services and products offered at Black the Salon.
